A passionate herbalist, Tammy offers her own handcrafted natural remedies alongside thoughtfully curated products from local artisans she has grown to love and trust. Her services now include luxurious HeadSpa treatments that blend light aesthetics with deep relaxation, as well as soothing herbal foot baths designed to restore balance from the ground up. Tammy is especially excited to introduce the ancient Ayurvedic practice of Shirodhara to the East Tennessee area, offering a deeply calming experience that quiets the mind and nourishes the soul.
